Support the Poppy Appeal

Poppy Appeal

The 2019-2020 Poppy Appeal started on 26th October and continued until 9th November – the day before Remembrance Sunday.  Donations are gratefully accepted throughout the year, as the “year” runs from 1st October – 30th September.  During the current Poppy Appeal year 2019-2020, a total of £12,289.71. has been donated within the Parish of Bramshott & Liphook.  The Liphook sub-branch of the RBL are most grateful for all of these donations.

In 2020 volunteers will be collecting on behalf of the Poppy Appeal at the RBL stall at Liphook Sainsbury’s on 24th ,25th ,30th and 31th October as well as the 01th ,06th and 07th November.  The 2020-2021 Poppy Appeal will be launched at Sainsbury’s at 9am.  Please do come and visit the RBL stall at Liphook Sainsbury’s during the Poppy Appeal.  As well as the traditional paper poppies, there will be plenty of other official Poppy Appeal items available, in return for donations to the Poppy Appeal. There will also be static collection points in shops, pubs and schools across the parish as well as house to house collections.

On completion of the Remembrance Sunday service at Bramshott parish church a reception will be held at Bramshott & Liphook Social Club, all are welcome to attend.
