Skittles night – 27 March

Postponement of the Skittles Night - 27 March

Considering the current situation regarding Coronavirus we have made the decision to postpone the 27 March Liphook RBL Skittles Night.

This was a difficult decision as we recognise that we have had great skittles evenings in the past and we do not like to disappoint anybody.   However, we also recognise that we all have a part to play in combatting the virus.

The plan will be to reorganise the evening for later in the year.  Please get in touch if you have any questions: info@liphookrbl.org

We have decided to establish a monthly social drinks evening on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Liphook Social Club.  The intent would be to meet from 8pm onwards.  We have also sent this up as an event on Facebook, for those of you who use Facebook, so please join our group. Or alternatively get in touch with me by email at info@liphookrbl.org or by phone on 07711 006847 or join the Liphook RBL WhatsApp group if you want to find out more information.

As well as the monthly social drinks we will hold a Skittles Night in March and a Quiz Night in September.  We hope to arrange a historical talk for the summer but we have not yet confirmed a date or a speaker so the details for this will follow in due course.  In June the highlights include supporting the Liphook Bike Ride and Canada Day, which is always very poignant.  Finally, in the autumn our focus will switch to the Poppy Appeal which is our main effort for the year.
